The CFIA is focusing on critical services that preserve the integrity of Canada's food safety system while safeguarding its animal and plant resource base. Timelines for regulatory initiatives, including those that have been published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, will be updated in our forward regulatory plan as they become clearer.
If you have a question about a specific initiative, please contact cfia.legislation-legislation.acia@canada.ca.
