Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Regulations
Description of the objective
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Regulations would be revised to address the conditions under which a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Pension Plan may elect to count prior service as a member of the Canadian Forces Reserve Force as pensionable under the Plan.
The enabling Act is the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Act.

Description of the objective
The next actuarial report on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (Dependents) Pension Fund is planned on March 31, 2019. If the report reveals a surplus, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (Dependents) Pension Fund Increase in Benefits Order would increase pension benefits payable to recipients.
