Enforcement Officers are responsible for administering the Canada Transportation Act and related regulations. From time to time, they investigate the activities of air carriers holding a licence issued by the Agency, as well as passenger terminal operators who are subject to the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations, to ensure compliance with Canadian legislation. In addition, they investigate alleged infractions relating to air carrier activities and take part in public education.
