Description
The proposed amendments to the Licenced Dealers for Controlled Drugs and Narcotics (Veterinary Use) Fees Regulations would create consistency in use of terminology, discretionary language, and ambiguity regarding when fees are due for first-year licensees for veterinary drugs.
The proposal addresses issues raised by the Standing Joint Committee for the Scrutiny of Regulations.
