Description
Proposed amendments will correct, through a streamlined process, minor errors or inconsistencies and make clarifications to the Preclearance in Canada Regulations and to theSchedule to the Preclearance Act, 2016. Specifically, proposed amendments will:
- Correct discrepancies between the French and English text of the Regulations and grammatical errors; and
- Improve the clarity of the Regulations and the Schedule to the Preclearance Act, 2016.
