Departmental Plan
The Departmental Plan (DP) is a planning document that covers a three-year period. Its fundamental purpose is to provide an opportunity for departments and agencies to explain their detailed spending plans, priorities, and expected results, as they relate to Part III of the Estimates to parliamentarians. DPs are also to provide performance measurement indicators that will allow departments to report back to Parliament on their progress in the Departmental Results Report.
